Oh! The Places You Will Go!

I struggle all the time with balance. Life is so very busy and comes so fast. Between home (husband, kids, housework) and work, most of the day is taken. There is so little time to do what I would really like to do, enjoy doing. Some days I really struggle with decisions, whether they be big or small. Oh to be young and let others make those for me again:) I needed to be reminded tonight that everything will be okay, no matter how much I might mess up.

The famous children's author, Theodor Suess Geisel, otherwise known to many as Dr. Suess, had his to say about the ups and downs and ins and outs of life from his book, Oh! The Places You Will Go!

You'll get mixed up, of course,
as you already know.
You'll get mixed up
with many strange birds as you go.
So be sure when you step.
Step
with care and great tact
and remember that Life's
a Great Balancing Act.
Just never forget to be dextrous and deft.
And never mix up your right
foot with your left.

And will you succeed?
Yes! You will, indeed!
(98 and 3/4 percent guaranteed.)

KID, YOU'LL MOVE MOUNTAINS!

So...
be your name Buxbaum or Bixby or Bray
or Mordecai ali Van
Allen O'Shea,
you're off to Great Places!
Today is your day!
Your
mountain is waiting.
So...get on your way!

Your mountain and mine is certainly waiting. Always waiting... Let's climb it triumphantly instead of slamming into it aimlessly.
